Here Hear! is written by Richard Davies, a podcast host, consultant, storyteller, media trainer, and solutions journalist. Richard a committed member of the Bridge Alliance community and #ListenFirst movement. He believes in the power of audio to help bridge divides.  After a long career as an on-air correspondent at ABC News, he left the network to form a podcast consulting firm, DaviesContent.com. Richard co-hosts the weekly solutions journalism podcast, “How Do We Fix It?”, and “Let’s Find Common Ground”.  His podcast clients include Common Ground Committee, Heterodox Academy, and Spectrum Networks.  An award-winning Correspondent at ABC News for nearly three decades, Richard reported from four continents and 35 states. Richard covered six Republican and Democratic conventions, the invasion of Panama, the first Gulf War, and the fall of the Berlin Wall in November, 1989— his favorite story. He did scores of interviews in the streets of New York on and right after 9/11. From 2008-2015, Richard covered business, the stock market, and personal finance. His radio career began in the U.K. after graduating with a B.A. in modern History at Sussex University.
